1. Service Nature

All our services are digital and time-based, including:

  • Account management

  • Listing optimization

  • Ads handling

  • Website development

  • Consultation

Because these involve human effort and time, refunds are treated carefully.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in these cases:

  • You are charged twice due to technical error

  • Payment was made by mistake and no work has started

  • Service was not delivered as per agreed scope

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Monthly services after work has started

  • Ads performance (as platforms decide reach & results)

  • Marketplace suspensions due to client mistakes

  • Delays from the client side (content, approvals, documents)


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Services can be cancelled anytime with 15-day prior written notice.

  • For monthly retainers, no refund is provided for the current month if work has started.


4. Project-Based Services (Website / Cataloging)

Refunds are not issued once:

  • Work has started

  • Designs or drafts are delivered

  • Domain/hosting is purchased on your behalf

Partial refunds may be considered only if 0%–20% work is done.
