All our services are digital and time-based, including:

Because these involve human effort and time, refunds are treated carefully.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in these cases:

You are charged twice due to technical error

Payment was made by mistake and no work has started

Service was not delivered as per agreed scope
We do not provide refunds for:

Monthly services after work has started

Ads performance (as platforms decide reach & results)
-
Marketplace suspensions due to client mistakes

Delays from the client side (content, approvals, documents)
3. Cancellation Policy

Services can be cancelled anytime with 15-day prior written notice.

For monthly retainers, no refund is provided for the current month if work has started.
4. Project-Based Services (Website / Cataloging)
Refunds are not issued once:

Work has started

Designs or drafts are delivered
-
Domain/hosting is purchased on your behalf
Partial refunds may be considered only if 0%–20% work is done.
