3. Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Monthly/retainer services renew automatically unless cancelled.

• Late payments may result in paused services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client must:

• Provide accurate brand information

• Share required access (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ads, etc.)

• Approve creatives, strategies, and ad budgets

• Follow platform policies

5. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee:

• Specific sales numbers

• Buy Box winning

• 100% ranking

• Zero returns or claims

Boosting sales depends on product quality, budget, competition, platform policies, and market demand.

6. Intellectual Property

All creatives, reports, ads, and designs made for the client remain the property of Best Digital Scope unless transferred after full payment.

7. Prohibited Activities

Clients may not use our website for:

• Fraudulent activity

• Reselling services without permission

• Violating marketplace policies

8. Liability

Best Digital Scope is not responsible for:

• Account suspension due to policy violations

• Incorrect data provided by client

• Platform-wide issues on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

• Losses due to marketplace algorithm updates

9. Termination

We may terminate services if:

• Payments are not made

• Access is not provided

• Client violates policies

Clients can terminate by giving 15-day prior notice (email).

10. Governing Law

All legal matters follow Indian Law and jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
